Chodang sundubu, or extra soft tofu, is one of the landmark eats of Gangneung. The Sundubu Village in Chodang-dong is home to numerous soft tofu restaurants, but Chodang Grandma's Soft Tofu is the best rated among them. The soft tofu meal, which is offered with rice, is the signature menu of the restaurant. You definitely shouldn't pass by Gandma's Soft Tofu if you visit Gangneung and like tofu in the first hand.
