An iconic Sake brewing experience for 2 nights and 3 days, with a sake master

Located in Saku of Nagano, KURABITO STAY is an iconic place where you can experience sake brewing for three days, at the Kitsukura Shuzo Sake Brewery operating since 1696. You will be spending your nights in an accommodation originally used by real sake masters in the past. During the daytime, you will be able to experience an integrated process of creating sake with a master: washing rice, creating yeast, and sake distillation. Reservations can be made on the stay's website, and KURABITO also offers sake tasting, breakfast, and shopping.
